It was a beehive of activities today as the contractor started off the journey towards value-additions at Success Gardens, off Thika Road Exit 18.

First things first; is ensuring security of this project is at it's best. The Success Gate is now set as our customers’ security is a top priority. This new main gate will be manned 24/7.

This development will be followed by installation of motorable internal roads network i.e. well compacted murram roads and installation of a perimeter wall.
